einen

**Sales Operation Specialist (m/w/d)**

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Führen und Begleiten von strategischen Projekten und Prozessen

in enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden
internationalen Projektteams (bspw. Marketing, Vertrieb und
Operations)
- Aufbau, Steuerung und Bereitstellung von Reporting-, Analyse
- und
Preisgestaltungslösungen innerhalb des Trailer-Vertriebsgeschäfts
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Vertriebsprozesse sowie

Erstellung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Überwachung und Analyse von Markt-, Finanz
- und Prozess-KPI's
inkl. Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Darstellung der Ergebnisse
unter Berücksichtigung der übergeordneten Produkt-, Vertriebs-,
Preisstrategie
- Wahrnehmung der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Sales und

internen Abteilungen (bspw. Produkt Gruppe, Produkt
Management, Technischer Vertrieb, Qualität etc.)
** IHR PROFIL**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich

Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales Operations,

Vertrieb, Technischer Vertrieb oder Key Account Management
- Umfassende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Business

Intelligence und Datenvisualisierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM
