**Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d)**

The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include analyses, reporting, dashboards, CRM process controlling and customisations, sales process implementation and optimization, sales training.

The SOS works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. The SOS will be located in the Speexx head office in Munich.

**What you will do at Speexx**
- Ensures data quality in the CRM by building processes, verification, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure sales organization’s compliance with required standards.
- Supports sales teams and leadership in pipeline management.
- First level support for Sales for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in the CRM.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Supports sales analyses, forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Implements enabling technologies to field sales teams and sales leadership.
- Fosters and develops close, cooperative relationships with peers, sales management, sales and support personnel.
- Coordinates training & standardized, scalable content delivery to sales and management.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- Supports thorough consistent implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives.
- Facilitates efficient allocation of technology, provides support and trainings impacting the sales organization.
- Provides accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.

**What we look for**
- College/university degree.
- 5 years sales or sales operations experience in a business-to
- business sales environment.
- Proficiency in managing analytically rigorous sales processes and pipeline.
- Strong proficiency with CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English. German would be an advantage.
- Must be able to demonstrate willingness to go the extra-mile.
