Product Operations Specialist

**Your tasks**:
- Working with different stakeholders to understand their responsibilities within the business
- Create a process which outlines what needs to be done when, and by whom
- Non-exhaustive list of stakeholders: Product Management, eCommerce, ERP, Pricing, Marketing, PR, Aftersales, IT, R&D, external consultants
- Tracking progress of the different stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Reporting when status of programmes to management
- Leading operational launch meeting
- Bringing stakeholders together to unblock any issues - for example, creating tracking documents, creating meetings, connecting stakeholders in the correct fashion, or chasing
**Your profile**:
- You have a degree in business, engineering, IT or similar
- You have worked in a product or project management role or a role with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in the consultancy industry, IT industry, or automotive industry would be a plus
- Product Management experience desirable
- Knowledge about the automotive industry, particularly the EV segment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. German and Mandarin are a plus
