**Your **responsibilities**
- You will managing the day-to-day operations in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- You will develop tactical and achievable project plans and monitor the delivery against performance measures and milestones
- You will define areas of improvement and align internally for future developments plans based on performance
- You will develop reports and communicate with relevant streams in order to manage operational efficiencies and effectiveness
- You will support the implementation of the department’s systems, interfaces, and project management efforts
- You will create workflows, operating procedures and metrics for process improvement
**What you bring**
- You bring 2+ years’ experience in Customer Operations, preferably in customer relationship management, call centre projects or business development (or similar area)
- You have 2+ years of ‘Project Management’ experience managing complex projects
- You bring 2+ years’ experience in a customer focused ‘Operations Supervisory’ role or similar
- You have a demonstrable passion for ‘Customer Operations’ and ‘Customer Satisfaction’
- You bring excellent knowledge of PM Principles and PM Tools
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- You’ve completed a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, economics or equivalent
