**My duties**
- You will be in charge of auditing and maintaining EU vehicle master data in your role as a product documentation specialist, assuring the quality of the product information distributed within the organization
- You will be responsible for the change management and distribution of data within the company, in addition to organizing Bi-weekly meetings to exchange product master data concerns and updates within colleagues
- From the product management side, you will work with the regional content management system, ensuring system functionality, running tests, and collaborating closely with headquarters
- You will plan system updates, content reviews, and tests
- You will input maintain local information and make sure that all systems have accurate product information for European markets
- You will be supporting in structuring the EU product database and align internal processes
- You will be responsible for the documentation of EU product information
- You will gather information within EU product management, central product management and research and development headquarter
- Making sure data is accurate, aligned and shared in a timely fashion with affected stakeholders
- Make sure headquarters are always aware of any change that occurs within the system
- Develop internal meetings with stakeholder to exchange updates, gather feedback, structure and manage gaps regarding master data topics using Confluence

**My qualifications**
- You have a degree in business, engineering, IT or similar
- You have worked with IT projects before and experience with content management systems
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or product management and with documentation is an advantageous
- You have knowledge about the automotive industry, particularly the BEV segment
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs and proficient in Confluence and Jira program
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Chinese or other European languages knowledge is an advantageous
- Ideally EU driving license
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have a results-driven mindset and great organizing and analytical skills
- You are able to work independently and on multiple tasks at once
- You enjoy working in a team environment and are driven to do so
- You enjoy working with different departments and different nationalities
