**Your responsibilities**

In your role as a Salesforce Senior Specialist looking after the Service and Sales Cloud, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with the IT and Product teams to deliver smart’s business requirements. At the same time, the main goal is to keep the Salesforce implementation project on track in terms of schedule, budget and clear business ownership.
- You work closely with stakeholders to drive the implementation of smart’s Salesforce KPIs and dashboards.
- You will ensure the effectiveness of the Salesforce products by understanding smart’s business goals and business practices.
- You will have responsibility over translating smart’s business goals into technical requirements for the IT and Product Management teams to execute.
- You coordinate documentation analysis and research to run product development and deliver within multifunctional agile teams.
- You provide holistic support and recommendations for product and process roadmaps i.e process improvements.
- Moreover, you are always ready to assist with the design of user acceptance testing and end-user training materials.

**What you bring along**
- You have 3+ years experience working with Salesforce creating a smooth and seamless user experience.
- You bring experience working with ‘Salesforce Service’ and ‘Sales’ cloud solutions.
- You understand ‘Salesforce Solution Design’ and can prioritise/refine goals to craft and develop user-friendly customizations that meet our business needs.
- You possess a salesforce cloud certification.
- You bring a proven ability to quickly gain the trust of colleagues and key stakeholders and mobilize and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills combined with outstanding moderation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory. Any other languages are welcome.
