**Your responsibilities**
- You support in further developing and implementing cross-crountry order-to-delivery processes considering market-specifics.
- You support cross-functional workshops with IT and business to ensure seamless processes between systems and operations.
- You monitor the end-to-end process flows along the whole supply chain.
- You support in implementing sales measures to increase revenue and market share.
- You work with the Head of Market Management and Operations to create sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- You contribute cross-functional in administrative tasks, e.g. material management, bulk ordering etc.
- You manage sales operations metrics and KPIs to measure sales productivity and effectiveness.
- You develop and maintain a sales backlog that supports sales operations processes.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams from different markets, including customer experience and finance to ensure that sales processes are aligned with company goals.
- You support in operational incident management by solving sales related customer escalations
**What you bring along**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, economics or a comparable degree and at least 2 years experience in automotive or retail industry, sales & marketing, product management or similar area.
- You have an understanding of sales processes and experience with sales backoffice management and sales analytics.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, sales performance optimization, and sales processes.
- You have experience working with Salesforce, SAP S4/HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with sales leadership, and other stakeholders.
- You are able to deal with challenges, identify business opportunities
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You are fluent in English. Other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China).
