**Main Tasks**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and lead negotiations with customers and potential dealers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, gather feedback, and introduce new offerings.
- Administer dealer promotions and education programs to enhance field sales effectiveness.
- Represent the company with universities, hospitals, public authorities, and key clinical references.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activities with internal departments.
- Communicate product ideas, extensions, and market needs to Sales & Marketing.
- Oversee market-specific product requirements (e.g., registration, import licenses).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding customer relations and entertainment.
- Address customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise and coach sales teams for Kerr, Endo & Value brands across the territory.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales personnel; ensure alignment with corporate policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the dental industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High flexibility and strong organizational skills.
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong team leadership and motivational abilities.
- Experience in team supervision and coaching.
