**What You Will Be Doing**:
The Regional Sales Director, DACH, is responsible for the growth of the ChargePoint business in Germany/Austria and for leading the sales teams in those markets. The Regional Sales Director will drive results through successful roll out of sales channels, sales strategy and go to market plans.

**What You Will Bring to ChargePoint**:

- Develop and mentor sales professionals to achieve their sales targets
- Deliver the budget for the region
- Own strategic customer relationships
- Understand the market dynamics in each market and work with multi-functional teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to the right customers in the right segments
- Have a clear plan for growth, focusing on the segments that will deliver the highest growth
- Act as a champion for your region within ChargePoint and externally with other stakeholders
- Develop and execute a local GTM strategy to ensure the required growth
- Use data to drive increased performance and correct focus on the right areas
- Be the best and motivate your team to be the best

**Measurements - Key Performance Indicators**
- Team quota achievement
- Market share growth in specific segments and markets according to the company priority
- Forecasting accuracy and linearity of sales

**Requirements**:

- Extensive sales leadership experience in a fast paced, high growth technology environment, preferably e-mobility
- Proven track record of over-performance in a sales and sales leadership capacity
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally internally and externally.
- Proven ability to multi-task and willingness to work to the benefit of others
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on quarterly quotas
- Desire to grow beyond current role, regardless of function
- A passion to disrupt the traditional ICE transportation industry by helping promote the EV's
- Ability to travel throughout Europe
- German native speaker, fluent English, both written and oral
