ABOUT THE ROLE

As a working student in the central people team, you’ll get the chance to experience different areas of Human Resources. You’ll be working closely with the People Operations team, the Learning and Development function and other people programs, gaining experience through assisting the teams with their daily tasks ranging from administrative support to contributing to projects and global initiatives

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Rotate between central people teams including people operations, people programs
- Experience the full employee lifecycle by assisting with contract management, forms & certificates and maintaining personnel records
- Support the preparation and execution of global performance & talent management programs (performance review cycles, promotions, etc.)
- Prepare presentations and reports (executive summaries, workshops, etc.)
- Support the organization of Learning & Development events and activities.

PREFERABLY YOU ARE
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study in a German university in a relevant major (Psychology, HR, or similar)
- Known for your high attention to detail and sense for organization
- Curious and data-driven
- Proactive and able to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
- Fluent in German and English
