SOFTGAMES is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Working Student Team Assistant (People Team) - Hybrid**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our office and people functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our people team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the People team with all employee related tasks
- Help organize team events
- Schedule company travel and accommodation for business travels
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and equipment and place orders for office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Keep the office organized and presentable for both employees and visitors
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

**Your profile**:

- Team player with strong will to learn and adapt both on the people and office side
- Excellent time management skills and hands-on mentality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You know the importance of high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
