THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated working student to support our People Operations team for up to 20 hours per week. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn essential skills from a
team of experienced People professionals. It’s an exciting time where you will support Zattoo’s planned growth and play an integral role in how we attract the very best talent. We‘re currently a team of 3
giving you the opportunity to work more broadly as required or is desired.

THE PEOPLE OPERATIONS TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administration during whole employee life cycle
- Maintaining employee data in our HR System (Personio)
- Preparation of contract amendments
- Creation of employment confirmations
- Writing of reference letters
- Communicating professionally with our international employees
- Supporting our Payroll Specialist during monthly payroll
- Creation of reports and statistics

Project Support for diverse people projects
- Managing and evaluating language classes
- Yearly Employee Engagement Survey
- Annual Feedback Process
- Yearly Salary Reviews
- And many more

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Enrolment in a Business Management, Social Science or Psychology degree course
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable work ethic and sense of ownership
- Attention to detail and reliable handling of sensitive data
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Fluent in verbal and written German
- A fan of TV
