**We are looking for a Working Student (M/F/d) at our Berlin location as soon as possible.**You will support the local People Team in operational HR tasks and gain insights into a wide range of responsibilities.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and projects
- Creating reports and maintaining the personnel database
- Preparing HR-related documents
- Contributing to the design of the local intranet
- Creating the internal newsletter
- Assisting in implementing corporate health management initiatives
- Co-organizing events in collaboration with our Office Management team

**YOUR PROFILE**
- **Ideally** currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field with a focus on Human Resources
- Great interest in Human Resources.
- Ideally with experience in operational HR tasks
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and precise working style
- Flexible and open to new, diverse challenges
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
