**People Operations - Working Student**:

Kick-start your HR career as a **People Operations Working Student** at our Berlin office — gain hands-on experience across the employee journey, learn in a fast-paced fintech environment, and make a real impact from day one.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support the People team in creating a great employee experience — from handling employee inquiries to maintaining HRIS data accuracy, preparing contracts and amendments, and more.
- Take ownership of end-to-end benefits administration, including enrollments, updates in Workday, payroll notifications, and invoice handling.
- ️ Manage sensitive documents and ensure all employee files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

**✨ What we're looking for**:

- Fluent in English (written & spoken); German is a strong plus.
- Currently enrolled at university (ideally in your 1st semester or later).- ️ Strong time management skills — able to balance studies and work while staying on top of deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systems.
- A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset, eager to learn and grow in People Operations.
