**We're looking for a Working Student People Team (all genders) to join our multinational and dedicated team**

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture team in various tasks such as recruiting tasks, onboarding responsibilities and general people administration. You will closely cooperate with our Head of People & Culture as well as our Office & Culture Manager.

**Your responsibilities will touch various fields of our People Team**:

- Employee onboarding: for example, equipping new joiners with necessary onboarding materials and coordinating the general process
- People administration: for example, managing employee records, preparing HR documents and updating HR databases
- People & Culture initiatives**:supporting projects to further promote our company culture

**What we're looking for**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- German and English level minimum B2
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with HR software (e.g. Personio) is a plus
- Previous experience or internships in HR or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and to develop
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture
