**Deine Mission**
- Du etablierst ein strukturiertes Performance-Management-System - mit kontinuierlichem, toolgestütztem Feedback (z. B. 360° Reviews, Check-ins, Probegespräche, Zielvereinbarungen), das persönliche Entwicklung, Teamleistung und Unternehmensziele wirkungsvoll verbindet.
- Du führst ein skalierbares Engagement-Framework ein - von regelmäßigen Surveys und Pulse Checks über On
- und Off-boarding-Feedback bis zur datenbasierten Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und Kulturentwicklung.
- Du entwickelst Lern
- und Entwicklungsformate, die zu unserer Kultur passen - z. B. Trainings, Zertifikate, interne Workshops, Peer-Learning-Angebote oder individuelle Entwicklungspfade.
- Du treibst den Aufbau einer lernorientierten, feedbackstarken Unternehmenskultur aktiv voran - mit klaren Botschaften, starken Formaten und einem Fokus auf Selbstverantwortung und kontinuierliches Lernen.
- Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere Führungskräfte - begleitest sie bei Themen wie Teamentwicklung, Feedback, Kommunikation und individueller Mitarbeiterförderung.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Talent Development, Engagement & Performance Management und Learning & Development, idealerweise in dynamischen, wachsenden Organisationen.
- Hands-on-Erfahrung im Aufbau von Job
- und Karrierestrukturen sowie in der Einführung von systematischen Feedback-, Entwicklungs
- und Engagement-Prozessen.
- Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für Skalierung, Change-Prozesse und stakeholder-zentrierte Kommunikation mit - und gestaltest neue Strukturen mit strategischem Weitblick und operativer Umsetzungsstärke.
- Du kombinierst analytisches Denken mit Empathie, kommunizierst überzeugend und bringst Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Background zusammen.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch - mit einem klaren Blick für Wirkung und Alltagstauglichkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
