We are currently seeking a **Research & Development Lawyer (M/F/d)** to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
This opportunity enables you to leverage your experience and expertise to counsel and collaborate with some of the most innovative and dynamic minds in the industry while growing and developing a diverse set of skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and counsel to a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in Spain and/or Italy.
- Advise local counsel on a range of legal matters pertaining to Research & Development, clinical trials, and related activities.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience in the pharma R&D space. Experience working on pharma R&D/Clinical matters in Spain and/or Italy.
- Fluency/Business proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian required.
- Work autonomously in one or both regions (Italy and/or Spain).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with hospital systems and healthcare providers, and the nuances that exist as it pertains to clinical trials.
