**Job Description**:
Do you enjoy making customers happy?
At our office here in Cologne, Germany we are looking for your Customer Service and Support expertise to join our team, taking care of all service and escalation inquiries for Automotive Suppliers and manufacturers across Europe.
Your responsibility:
- Respond to customer complaints, find containment actions and identify root causes with issues & escalations,
- Ensure timeous feedback to customers,
- Compile, correct and initiate debits/credits in line with company policies,
- Execute invoice corrections in ERP system and notify correction results to customers,
- Ensure training of existing customer base through online channels.
Our Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship or similar qualification in a relevant business field,
- Experience and affinity with CRM Systems and / Excel,
- Customer orientation and focus is of utmost importance,
- Languages: fluent German and English is a must, one additional European language (preferably Polish or Czech) is a nice to have.
