**Specialist Supplier Qualification **(**m/w/d)**:
**Als schwerpunktmäßige Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Ausarbeitung und Bewertung von Lieferantenqualifizierungen
- Status
- und Dokumentenmanagement inklusive Datenablage zu Lieferantenqualifizierungen, Auftragsunternehmen und Verantwortungsabgrenzungsverträgen
- Erstellung von QP Erklärungen
- Korrespondenz mit Behörden sowie internationalen Lieferanten
- Dokumententracking
- Beantragung und Administration von amtlichen Zertifikaten
- Datenakquise für Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs)
- Formale Bearbeitung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) und anderen QS-relevanten Dokumenten

**Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (z.B. PTA, CTA, etc.) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
