The Technical Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for technical requests for customers and business partners within ABB Low Voltage Products in Germany, for all Electrification Installation Products (Ty-Rap, Ty-Fast, Kopex, Harnesflex, PMA). You use your experience and skills to build and strengthen lasting customer relationships through excellent technical service.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You ensure flawless technical support for customers and users analog the entire customer journey.
- You are the first point of contact for any technical product and user inquiries.
- Technical advice to customers, Make suggestions for products (possibly in coordination with departments and field service)
- Arrange appointments for coordination with the departments.
- Offer, process and document alternative solutions to customers in terms of technical and timely nature.
- Processing of transcoding requests and technical tenders.
- Support for the area of QM and Certificates and support in the area of product creation and maintenance.
- Independet processing of quality complaints centrally for all customers until the process is completed.
- Feedback of technical market information to the specialist departments.
**Your background**:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position or a qualification as a technician / master craftsman.
- Knowledge of SAP R / 3 is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German and good English language skills.
- High level of flexibility and customer orientation as well as experience in dealing with customers.
