**Deine Rolle**:

- Einmal zusammengefasst: Du unterstützt unsere Programm-, Projektmanager*innen und Berater*innen bei der Durchführung von Projekten zum digitalen Arbeitsplatz mit Atlassian oder Microsoft-Bezug
- Zahlen sagen die Wahrheit Die kontinuierliche Überwachung von Projektkennzahlen, -fortschritt und -budget gehört für Dich zum Alltag
- Dabei machst du aktiv auf Projektrisiken aufmerksam und schlägst in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung Maßnahmen vor
- Du bereitest Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung und Forecastplanung für Projekte mit unterschiedlicher Komplexität vor und führst diese eigenverantwortlich durch
- Du verwaltest Aufträge, Projekte und Planungen in unseren Systemen und erstellst selbständig Standardberichte und Auswertungen
- Stehenbleiben ist nichts für Dich Daher bringst Du Dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung des professionellen Projektmanagements bei Communardo Software GmbH von OFFICErheinmain.de ein
- Als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen und Deinem/Deiner Projektleiter*in stellst Du Deine kommunikativen Stärken ständig unter Beweis
- Die Einhaltung der Projektmanagement Standards in den Projekten ist Dir ein stetiges Anliegen

**Dein Profil und Deine Geschichte**:

- Dein Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft hast Du bereits vor einigen Jahren erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du sollst Deine letzten 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Satz beschreiben? Fundierte Berufserfahrung im PMO, Projektmanagement, Projektcontrolling sowie mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Idealerweise ist Dir der Umgang mit Atlassian und Microsoft Tools (wie z.B. Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint) nicht neu
