The position is a divisional manager directly below the management and part of the management body of our group of companies.Your tasks - strategic, leading, operationalStrategic responsibilityFurther development and implementation of the project management strategy, standards and tools within PPACoordinating strategic initiatives with our parent company Acuity Knowledge PartnersManagement of the company-wide project portfolio including prioritization, resource planning and risk managementActive participation in company-relevant IT projects and taking responsibility for project management for projects that support the strategic development of our companyNetworking with Compliance, Internal Audit and specialist departments for sensitive, regulated or large-volume projectsManagement tasksTechnical and disciplinary management of the project management teamPromoting skill-building, coaching and performance managementEstablishing a cooperative, solution-orientated project management cultureOperational realizationConception and review of project assignments, processes and solutions (solution design)Management and escalation support for critical or complex projectsDevelopment and maintenance of effective PM reporting: status, costs, quality, risks, deadlinesDesigning and introducing standardized project processes (e.g. onboarding new customers, product development)Regulation & complianceEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, MaRisk, BaFin and FINMA requirements)Preparation for internal and external auditsStakeholder & customer managementContact person for strategically relevant customer projects, especially in the banking and finance environmentManaging structured, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and programmed levelYour profile - what you bring to the tableDegree in business informatics or comparable qualification5+ years of experience in strategic and operational project management, ideally in a regulated financial environmentCertification in project management standards desirable (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA or similar)Experience in leading and developing teamsFamiliar with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence or similarStrong communication skills at C-level (German and English, min.
