RESPONSIBILITIES- Leading strategic projects for the Business Line/Product Line/Business/Regions- Leading the yearly strategy dialogue preparations for the board presentation- Leading the market research person / activities for the Business Line- Leading of other strategic projects supporting the management agenda, for example business performance improvement or investment projects- Identifying and documenting new business opportunities (e.g. technologies & business models)- Management of relevant stakeholders and approval/information processes (NC, CS, IPC, EOB, EB)- Representing Evonik Health Care in external or cross-BL strategic projects- Representing Health Care in meetings and discussions with key external partners- Developing best in class templates/documentation to communicate strategies and projects, including monthly reports, customer and partner visit reports and projects documentation among others
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, natural sciences or engineering- A minimum of 10 years international professional experience in different business areas and functions, prior consultancy experience would be a plus- Experience in strategy development, especially in the specialty chemicals business to the Pharma industry desirable- Proven project leadership experience; also in complex projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams- Fluent spoken and written knowledge of the English language, German would be a plus- Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as intercultural competence- Strong initiative, high level of commitment as well as the ability to analyze, bring new perspectives, insights and results focus- Willingness to travel internationally
