In our headquarter in Darmstadt we are currently looking for a **Project Controller.**

**Mission**

The role is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and risk management of global projects. This role ensures effective cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while supporting project managers and senior leadership in achieving financial targets. The position plays a key role in driving transparency, consistency, and efficiency across projects worldwide.

In this role, you will directly report to the Business Controller Customer Center.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Control**
- Oversee financial performance of global projects, ensuring alignment with budget and forecast.
- Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze project financials, highlighting risks and deviations.
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Forecast Order Received and Order Invoice, measure the forecast vs actual
- Monitor and analyze utilization % and productive hours
- Maintain/check hourly rate

**Project Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track project revenues, costs, and margins to ensure profitability.
- Support project managers with financial insights and decision-making.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Built a standard platform, tool, KPI to measure the projects in a digital way.

**Risk Management & Compliance**
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Monitor project status and collections, utilization, hour rate, etc.
- Support audits and internal control processes.

**Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a key finance business partner to project managers and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, sales, and operations.
- Ensure alignment between project financials and overall company objectives.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project controlling.
- Participate month end activities - support consolidation, reporting and review and analyze results based on project controlling
- Ad hoc projects based on business requirement
