Project Implementation Support Assistant (experiences in implementation of an ERP solution/ HR focus)

**Responsibilities**:
To support the implementation of Talent Management System:

- Documenting and updating the relevant test cases and scripts,
- Executing the test cases and scripts after the upgrade, documenting the identified issues and bugs,
- Coordination of system change documentation, ensuring up-to-date and accurate system documentation.
- Supporting Key Users validation testing and roll out of enhancements to the end users
- Support user training and process-related documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience of the full lifecycle implementation of an ERP solution, preferably in HR and with a Talent Management focus;
- Experience of executing tests cases and scripts;
- Experience of creating system and process related documentation in a project environment.
- Administrative support of user training activities;
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to communicate effectively with international staff on all levels;
- Strong support and user orientation;
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of team working.
