Platform engineering is revolutionizing how enterprises build and run their cloud-native setups. Humanitec is at the core of this revolution, enabling teams to build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and reach true developer self-service. Through our community-led efforts (platformengineering.org, PlatformCon) and roster of enterprise customers, we are hitting an inflection point in the adoption of IDPs. We are looking to aggressively scale the team to meet the increasing demand.

As Senior Marketing Operations Specialist* to support Humanitec’s GTM operation by building and maintaining a world-class lead generation and nurturing setup. You’ll work in a remote, dynamic environment at the forefront of B2B SaaS marketing. This is a senior position reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
We pay a top 5% industry salary, stocks are part of the package.
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B SaaS
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling CRM and lead management setups, detailed knowledge of HubSpot is a must, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot is a big plus
- Experience with lead enrichment and nurturing (incl. relevant tooling e.g. Clearbit)
- Deep understanding of funnel building and automated lead workflows
- Very fluent English
- Preferably in time-zones UTC-1 to UTC+3

**Responsibilities**
- You’ll be responsible for our end-to-end lead management and nurturing system, from lead creation to closed opportunities in our CRM.
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to optimize nurturing flows and campaigns.
- You’ll be responsible for building and growing our analytics setup, tracking lead and opportunity lifecycle, operationalizing marketing campaigns, community insights, etc.
- You’ll work in a tight team of experienced marketing operators and you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing.
