THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

 Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) is the 360° marketing unit for Zalando's brand partners. We offer a diverse product suite that spans multiple marketing channels, enabling brands to achieve their advertising objectives in the digital space based on deep consumer insights and a unique fashion, beauty, and designer context. 

Within the ZMS Partner Consultancy unit, we work with a diverse set of strategic clients and advise them on innovative marketing solutions and scalable platform strategies. We aim to provide a high service level, smart consultancy, and access to various experts within ZMS. Our success is measured in revenue generation, solution adoption, and client satisfaction. 

As a Senior Operations Specialist you will support the Partner Consultancy team with operational tasks, such as owning the campaign set-up process and campaign reporting in addition to contributing to the yearly and seasonal marketing strategies.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Support the ZMS Partner Consultants (PCs) in the team by taking ownership of all operational tasks. This includes:

• Owning the campaign set-up process end-to-end

• Creating the end of campaign reports leveraging all relevant data and providing insights / learnings

• Support the PCs with building an adequate yearly marketing strategy and recommendations leveraging ZMS and its offering with the support of the respective business experts

• Leverage internal marketing analytics tools and analyse data to support the PCs to create the highest level of consultancy

• Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. Buyers and Merchandisers) in alignment with the PC 

• Build and maintain a strong internal network.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU

• Have previous experience in marketing (preferred)

• Possess strong data analysis skills.

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

• Enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.

• Are a strong team player.

• Have experience with Google Suite (preferred).

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
