Role Description:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to plan and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include content creation, social media management, email marketing, market research, campaign tracking, and coordination with internal teams or external vendors. A successful Marketing Specialist is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously while delivering results aligned with business goals. Depending on the company size and structure, the role may also involve supporting product launches, maintaining the company website, analyzing campaign performance, managing CRM systems, and assisting in events or promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship; more for mid/senior-level positions
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across platforms
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, Excel)
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator are a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing details and deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and consumer behavior
  • For senior-level candidates: experience managing campaigns end-to-end, working with agencies, or leading small teams is desirable
