In order to bring more great experiences to our global customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable teammate to join our Imagery Team in Berlin as a Senior Content Operations Specialist.  Alongside our sister teams in Merchandising and Content, the imagery team is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and innovation of the most customer-centric visual content at scale, enabling customers to plan, book, and experience our suppliers’ unforgettable experiences with confidence. With a focus on visual content, the Imagery team is responsible both for the production and managing at scale of high-quality assets to be used across the marketplace and marketing channels. We are looking for a hands-on and growth-oriented Senior Content Operations Specialist to join our Imagery Team team and help us to take our visual content to the next level. You will manage an efficient and scalable high-quality photoshoot operations pipeline to ensure that our customers and stakeholders have high-quality, relevant, on-brand visuals constantly available for customers across their journey with GetYourGuide. You will: You will define, set up, manage, and continuously improve photoshoot operations pipelines for planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of shoot assets from across the globe based on data and testing insights. You will monitor the status of photoshoots in the pipeline and ensure they move through production, are managed properly, to be moved into various marketing and marketplace channels You will recruit, onboard, train, and manage freelancers, and manage relationships with our agencies to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency for high volumes of content tasks You will create and maintain documentation for all owned processes, including regular updates based on process optimizations and/or strategy changes You will manage and execute ad-hoc requests for visual content support by our Content Project Managers and other key Merchandising and Content stakeholders  You will create and share reports to ensure our content operations are on track, set up forecasts, and make data-driven decisions to solve operational challenges Who you are You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person team collaboration in our offices at a minimum of 3 days per week.
