**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the delivery of an external workforce coordination solution to streamline processes to track non-employee resources providing services to client
- Design, develop and implement delivery enhancements for client’s internal coordination and minimize risk points for client and agency suppliers
- Conducting end-to-end on-boarding, offboarding and extension processes for Client's contingent and provisional workers
- Building and developing relationships with Suppliers and Managers
- Organizing and conducting briefing calls for the Suppliers
- Creating process guides for the Managers and Suppliers and organizing Q&A sessions
- Negotiating rates

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in German and English, both oral and written
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training is mandatory
- At least 2-3 years of related experience within the staffing and recruitment industry
- Capability and experience within the staffing industry, i.e. recruiting, coordinator, training, supplier management, HR, or other client relationship management role
- Knowledge of German Labour and Employment laws
- Ability to multitask without negative effect on delivery quality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ethical, fair and professional conduct with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Available to work outside of regular working hours
- Ability to travel in line with work/project requirements.
