What you will be responsible for

As Collateral Operations and Oversight Specialist, Senior Associate you will be- Overseeing Collateral operations activities locally as well as outsourced to other State Street locations- Leading and executing internal operations and oversight related projects- Leading process improvements starting from identification of opportunities until execution and implementation- Ensuring high quality standards of the service- Collaborating with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions-
- Working together with clients and other internal/external parties to improve and enhance processes- Supporting audits, risk assessments and compliance initiatives by providing relevant data as well as new ideas
