**Client Service Operations, Senior Associate**

**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for a Client Service Operations Specialist for our department Collateral Services EMEA in Frankfurt, Germany. The position will contain basic training (mainly on-site) while later on it can be also fulfilled working remotely/from home partially.

**What you will be responsible for**
As Client Service Operations, Senior Associate you will
- Daily calculation of mark-to-market exposure and margining for clients doing bilateral OTC, CCP, ETD and Repo business
- Internal and external reporting
- Supporting migration of new business for existing clients as well as onboarding of new clients
- Proactively detecting issues in daily processes for on
- and offshore teams as well as resolving/supporting the resolution process
- Monitoring and developing current processes

**What we value**

- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German will be a plus
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Stress resistance, multi-tasking and ability to work within multiple deadlines

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in finance, business or equivalent field or apprenticeship in banking/finance
- Previous professional experience in financial industry
- Good knowledge of the financial industry and financial instruments (derivatives, securities etc.)
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent work style
- Very high level of client and service awareness
