I’m excited to announce that we are partnering with a global investment management firm to find a talented Executive Assistant to support the Head of Global Procurement. This has come about as the current Assistant is moving to a new role internally after 7 happy years in this role I’ve had the pleasure of recruiting for this firm multiple times. It has a very flat structure, values the Assistants’ career development and rewards generously for high performance.
Based in Frankfurt, you must be an experienced Executive Assistant who brings classic EA skills, plus an analytical “controller” mindset, numerical aptitude, excellent presentation / communication & events organisation skills. You should be highly comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and be able to present complex data accurately. An interest in business and economics is beneficial
This will also involve arranging and introducing large-scale conferences, both video and in-person. You should be comfortable in front of a camera and an audience
Fluent German and excellent business English, both verbally and written, are essential. Besides possessing senior level EA experience, it is a strong preference to have knowledge of procurement, purchasing or supply chain; however, if you possess a degree / diploma in mathematics, economics or business, or have excellent analytical / data reporting skills, and a willingness to learn, an experienced EA can learn this interesting new area of the business
