My client is a global fashion and lifestyle group in the luxury segment, spanning a diverse range of brands and products. As part of an ambitious multi-year transformation program, my client is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture (M/F/d) to shape and lead the enterprise-wide technology blueprint supporting their evolving business model.

- Define and own the global enterprise architecture strategy, aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead the architecture governance process, ensuring consistency, reuse, compliance, and innovation across all technology domains
- Develop and maintain a target-state architecture and a progressive roadmap for core platforms (Cloud, ERP, CRM, PLM, POS, E-commerce, etc.)
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-Levels on IT investments
- Collaborate with IT and business teams across brands, regions, and functions to design scalable, secure, and modern architecture patterns
- Ensure architecture alignment across in-house development, vendor solutions, and third-party integrations
- Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including several years in a global leadership role
- Proven track record in complex, multi-brand, multi-country environments, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, retail
- Deep expertise in enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Adobe, etc.), integration frameworks
- Experience designing for global scale while enabling local agility and brand differentiation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-level
- Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly across European hubs and Global hubs
