We're seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead a dynamic team of five passionate CRM managers as well as to drive our international newsletter growth strategy. Reporting directly to our Head of CRM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer communication, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performing team culture. **What you can expect in this role**:

- Your core tasks will include increasing flaconis CRM newsletter growth in all international markets by monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and ensuring that targets are met
- Further developing our holistic newsletter strategy based on customer and business requirements to increase engagement, sales and customer retention is also one of your tasks
- Planning, managing and improving customer communication is one of your top priorities
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture
- Ensuring effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals as well as ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Profound experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance as well as creativity and experience in a leadership role
- Fluent skills in English and German paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales and growth within newsletter marketing
- Extensive experience in managing newsletter campaigns with a focus on mobile optimization and scalability
- Proven success in audience building, A/Btesting and performance analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and ESPs e.g. Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce in a dynamic and digital environment
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development and a hands-on mentality
