Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as well as proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM-systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with data management systems and a proven track record in leadership.Your Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.CRM Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of CRM systems to drive client success, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.Content Management: Leverage your experience with CMS platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage and optimize content delivery, ensuring it meets client needs and drives engagement.Data Management: Apply your knowledge of data management systems to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and other relevant staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies that align with client goals and business objectives, ensuring growth and retention.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, IT) to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and project execution.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, maintaining a proactive and client-focused approach. Your Experience Extensive experience with CRM platforms, particularly in managing and optimizing client interactions and processes.Proven ability to oversee and execute on-site activities that align with client strategies and objectives.Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, leveraging these tools for content optimization.Strong familiarity with data management systems and the ability to utilize data for strategic decision-making.Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate others.Ability to develop and implement effective account strategies that drive client success and business growth.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with clients and team members.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, focusing on delivering solutions that meet client needs.Fluency in both German and English is required.A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
