CRM Lead (m/w/x)

Die Rolle

At The Female Company we are building a strong community-driven & educative brand over all channels whilst working data-based and KPI oriented.

As our CRM Lead (m/w/x), you are responsible for...
- retention and all related KPIs as LTV & Cohort Retention
- set up exciting projects from loyalty program to SMS marketing
- acquisition through lead campaigns & conversions
- analysis of cross
- & upselling potentials
- working closely with our performance marketing, content, tech & brand team
- leading at team of senior crm manager & crm agency

Dein Profil
- 3+ years in of B2C / E-Commerce marketing experience (D2C is a plus)
- analytical & data-driven but with an overall understanding of The Female Company as a brand
- experience with Klaviyo is a big plus
- experience with direct mailing, sms marketing & loyalty programs is a plus
- fluent in German
