We democratize healthcare, by making highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible and improving our patients' quality of life. To this day we have delivered more than 150.000 treatments and have already successfully treated thousands of patients. **What's the role?**
- Own the CRM strategy and its execution
- Lead and mentor a Junior CRM Manager (Your team will grow as we grow)
- Manage incoming requests from stakeholders again your data-driven objectives and priorities
- Constantly improve our processes to keep up with a fast evolving environment
- Work together with our creative team to produce engaging content along the customer lifecycle
- Make the best use of our technical setup to leverage segmentation, personalisation and the right channel mix for our messages

**What are we looking for?**
- Experiences and passion for CRM
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Iterable, Braze, customer.io or similar
- Performance oriented mind-set pared with strong team player abilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills pared with eagerness to challenge status quo
- Business fluent German and English
