Senior Director Product Development Power Devices

Do you not only make decisions but also accompany their implementation in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders? Become a part of our automotive success story as our new Senior Director Product Development (f/m/div)* and support us in the development of electromobility products. In this function you will be the Head of the product development for Bare Die Chips & Discrete Power Devices and will have deep interaction with the business functions and external customers for our leading-edge SiC and Si products in the strongly growing market of electromobility.

In your new role you will:

- **Lead and manage the product development organization **for automotive power chips and discrete devices
- Be **responsible for the product development roadmap **and the development budget
- **Drive market-oriented product and technology innovation **in close collaboration with the business stakeholders
- **Foster the skill and organizational development **of the development organization
- **Establish a strong mindset towards business needs **(design to cost, time to market and requirement driven development)

This position can be filled in Munich, Dresden or Villach (Austria).

You like to cooperate across boundaries contributing to a great team atmosphere by open and constructive communication. Taking new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance is not a problem for you. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Physics **, **Electrical Engineering **or comparable, preferably a PhD
- At least **10+ years of experience **in the **development of High Voltage **power **automotive industry devices**:

- At least 3+ years of professional **experience in a leading role, technical leadership **equally considered
- Excellent **leadership **skills **in managing and developing the organization as well as international business expertise
- The ability to **drive business oriented product development **and innovation
- The ability to **understand **and **structure complex situations**: manage crisis situations, consolidate and present those to senior management level
- A **proactive and people-oriented mindset with strong communication and moderation skills **to align between various stakeholders
- Convincing **communication and presentation skills **to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders in an intercultural environment
