**Your Impact**
As the Director of Product, you'll be at the helm of our product strategy, development, and execution in the exciting EV charging industry. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales - to craft exceptional products that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Your mission is to accelerate market adoption and position our company as the industry leader.
**What You'll Be Doing**
**Innovate Strategically**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's bold vision, market trends, and customer desires

**From Idea to Reality**: Drive the entire product lifecycle, from creative ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
**Market Mastery**: Dive deep into market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new product opportunities and validate existing roadmaps
**Clarity and Alignment**: Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring crystal-clear communication across teams
**User-Centric Excellence**: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to craft captivating user experiences and top-quality products that consistently exceed customer expectations
**Revenue Revolution**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
**Data-Driven Decision-Making**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and guide data-informed decision-making

**What You Bring**
- Extensive experience in a product management leadership role, ideally within the EV charging, automotive, or clean energy industry
Proven success in developing and launching hardware and software products, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
A deep understanding of EV charging infrastructure, electric vehicle market dynamics, and industry trends
Exceptional leadership and team management skills - you have the power to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product excellence
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and presentation skills. You can effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
