About the Role

As a key member of the Chips and Discretes Product Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Discretes Power Product offering for Home Appliance, Renewables and Power Distribution applications, driving market leadership and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute segment strategies to drive market leadership and growth, with a focus on Go-to-Market (G2M) and portfolio development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and agility.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of Chinese business culture to inform product development and market strategies, driving success in this critical market.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Business Line organization, championing a mindset of speed, agility, and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Power Semiconductor product marketing, applications, or engineering role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire global high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to make hard trade-offs.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, business administration or related field. MBA is a major plus.
