**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Drive benchmarking of corporate RD excellence (with respect to knowledge management, project management excellence and RD processes)
- Derive roadmaps to improve RD excellence with all relevant functions and business units and work towards implementation of a continuous improvement way of working
- Layout and implementation of a lean reporting system for development-relevant key figures for the global process and tool landscape to provide data-supported decision-making bases for top management
- Develop a concept and implement to support positioning of ams OSRAM as technology driven company
- Collaboration and driving of core topics within RD excellence department: systematic methodology support for global RD teams, support of global RD excellence initiative to reduce waste in engineering work as well as support management of lean process and tool landscape for RD

**Wen wir suchen**:

- Successfully completed studies (Master, Diploma) in electrical engineering, natural science, product and innovation management or in a related field of study; alternatively, several years (gt;8 years) of relevant professional experience in the high-tech industry, ideally (opto-)semiconductor industry
- Proven track record for introduction, improvement or management of RD business processes, ideally with certification in lean management
- Proven track record in project management, ideally product/technology development or business projects; project management certification (PMP) advantageous
- Deep understanding of the process and tool landscape at ams OSRAM or deep understanding of the state of the art for business processes in development in technology-centric companies
- Experience and track record in change management (cross-departmental in technology business environment)
- Proactive and service-oriented way of working, professional management experience across divisions advantageous
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, in writing and in meetings, in English and German
