Job ID: 25785- Standort: Regensburg, DE, 93055As an IT Service Owner (M/F/d), you can take the responsibility in driving our project management service towards state-of-the-art solutions, in a dynamic and AGILE environment. Your focus is to lead the service and coordinate the service team. In this responsibly you will take care about the service operations, be the contact for the key users of your service and the business and drive service improvements.

The position may be filled in Regensburg or at many other German Vitesco Technologies locations.

**Your new responsibilities**:

- Leading the Project Management Service for Vitesco Technologies IT worldwide
- Coordinating an international IT service team
- Maintenance of our project & process management systems
- Manage the budget and finances for your service
- Coordinating Key-user Boards and Change Management Boards
- Bring changes into the service environment by coordinating between stakeholder requirements, your technical team and external support
- Administration of our MS Project Service
- Collaboration in an international team within the Vitesco Technologies IT
- Driving the technical innovation and optimization of the service and be part of bringing the “eProjects” landscape into the next generation

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Long term experience in leading Services or Projects
- Experience with Project Management Tools, preferable Microsoft Project
- Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Technology Stack, e.g. SharePoint
- Cloud Knowledge, AWS preferred
- Business fluent English language skills written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills as well as innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong customer focus
