Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Project Management: Coordinate the successful completion of Controlling projects for the ams OSRAM group, which include other workstreams like Finance, IT, SCM/Logistics, etc
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage Controlling process workstream for projects led by other teams, actively participate in all project phases ensuring smooth integration and providing or collecting relevant content for Controlling-related aspects
- Concept Development: Develop and implement advanced Controlling concepts for various projects or enhancements, driving time and cost efficiency
- Expert Support: Provide Level 2 Support for resolving operational incidents and structural issues related to Controlling tools and processes, leveraging CO expertise
- Strategic Initiatives: Oversee Controlling-related components of Carve-outs, Roll-outs of new company codes, M&A activities, and process improvements, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution
- Operations: Participate in Period-End Closing activities and Fiscal Year Change processes, contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting
- Successfully completed studies in Economics, Finance or comparable
- Proven, in-depth experience in controlling coupled with several years of experience in production/corporate/financial Controlling
- Deep knowledge of SAP (especially Controlling modules)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent and proactive workstyle, team spirit
- Deep knowledge of SAP (especially Controlling modules)
- Preferably with experience in project Management
- Experience with BW / BI reporting tools and Power BI for data analysis and visualization is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, German is an advantage
