Job ID: 26306- Location: Regensburg, DE, 93055For the General Accounting department of Vitesco Technologies, we are looking for an expert (M/F/d) in the field of Internal Control System (ICS), in particular for Internal Control over Financial Reporting (FinRepICS).

**Your new responsibilities**:

- You will be part of the FinReplCS team and support the implementation and further development of the ICS concept in our Finance Service Centers / Legal Entities
- You will provide a training and consulting to our operations, internal auditors and process owners in our Finance Service Centers/Legal Entities to ensure a harmonized and standardized approach according to the company's policies and procedures
- You support the annual and on-going risk assessments and control audits (Design of Controls, Operating Effectiveness of Controls) of our Group
- You will review the quarterly testing of controls and track the progress of the remediation of ICS weaknesses identified
- You will design and prepare reports and presentations for our Board and the Group entities on implementation/testing progress and annual ICS results
- You develop and implement specific ICS-related projects (e.g. standardization, harmonization or automation) to solve ICS issues
- Develop close relationships with key business/functional stakeholders to raise awareness of ICS and strengthen the ICS culture within the Group

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed studies, preferably in the field of accounting/audit/finance
- Several years of professional experience in the field of finance, preferably in capital market-oriented accounting, internal audit or process management
- Several years of work experience in international accounting standards (IFRS), accounting processes and ERP system (SAP R/3)
- Ability to quickly understand business processes from the perspective of internal control; experience in the automotive sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English - spoken and written (German language is a plus)
- Organizational, time and project management skills, thorough and detail-oriented documentation competence
