We're looking for an EMEA Business Development Specialist who will be supporting Arrow's EMEA Cyber Security Alliances team in driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with the vendors in our Cyber Security portfolio, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendors within Arrow.

You will run the relationship for several of our Cyber Security vendors on EMEA level and supporting our local countries in developing the business. Furthermore, you will own an Arrow project on a yearly basis to support the development of Arrow's processes and G2M strategy.

**Where is this position based?**

As this is an EMEA position, you can work remotely from any country where we have offices, but principally from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, UK, Ireland, Germany & Benelux.

**What will you be doing?**

**No day is like any other in Arrow, but typically you will be busy with**:

- Strategic relationships with the vendors (Distribution and Channel Managers) and support exec peering
- Ownership, development and execution of strategic sales plans and investment initiatives
- Manage the local execution of EMEA wide initiatives for each strategic program, market segment and product line and support consistency in our G2M plans
- Coordinate forecasting/pipeline process for vendors in scope, in line with Arrow countries
- Work closely with all departments/countries within Arrow ECS EMEA towards the achievement of financial and business goals
- Create executive summaries for the Arrow management team
- Understand and support the development of Cloud (ArrowSphere) and MSSP business

**What are we looking for?**
- You have experience in building new businesses from the scratch in the Cyber Security industry
- You have worked min. 3 years in the IT industry at a vendor, distributor or reseller, managing channel relationships, processes, and programs
- You are able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, and demonstrate the ROI
- You can work well individually and in a team, receiving mínimal guidance and taking responsibility
- You contribute to process improvements
- You are fluent in English and ideally another large European language (written and verbal)

**Working hours**

The company's standard hours of work are between 09:00- 5.30pm. The EMEA Business Development Specialist will report to one of the Sales Directors in the team, depending on the focus vendors.
