Development Specialist
Key job responsibilities
As a BD Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS
services in a sales region. You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product
teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions. BD Specialists are technically savvy resources
responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the AWS product
roadmap, and driving revenue for your AWS service(s).
As a BD Specialist, you will be the direct business
owner for geo-segments, or areas, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will develop and
influence GTM strategies and sales plays for new or existing services, and drive customer and partner
engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities. You will also identify gaps in AWS
products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and
account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue.

About the team

**Location**: This position can be based around Warsaw, WAW; Bucharest, ROB or Munich, MUC.
