Overview:
Your role is to achieve revenue growth by designing and executing a Go To Market
(GTM) Strategy for UiPath’s AI/ML offerings in EMEA region. Whilst you will have
direct responsibility for a sales team, you will possess leadership credentials to align
your strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and our ecosystem of partners.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
- Develop and execute a GTM strategy for UiPath’s AI/ML, to achieve a sustainable
sales growth plan that aligns with the company growth objectives.
- Execute growth strategy, by managing a Specialist sales team of seven with a
focus on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer
impact within our largest customers.
- Coordinate strategy across all core EMEA sales functions, to deliver cross
function integration and high-performance execution of your GTM growth plan.
- Communicate and align AI/ML strategy across the UiPath Eco System of GSI's,
Focus Partners, Technology and Academic alliances (e.g. AI Research Centre at
UCLH) to enhance customer impact through domain knowledge, innovation and
capacity.
- Become the AI/ML evangelist in EMEA and represent UiPath's differentiated AI
driven Automation thought leadership through Industry events and PR
opportunities.
- Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent
development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun and representing UiPath values in every
interaction with customers, partners and colleagues.
- Remain at leading edge of a fast paced innovative in AI/Automation to ensure
UiPath provide thought leadership to impact our customers mission critical
business challenges today and tomorrow.
- Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to
track progress on priorities and targets.
- Establish reference accounts and customer advocacy in all 7 regions in EMEA
- Ensure a psychologically safe environment for your team, based on the servant
leadership principle
What you'll bring to the team:
- Extensive experience building, managing and coaching a high performing
enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture.
- In depth knowledge of AI/ML allowing you to be the public face of UiPath within
the industry in the EMEA.
- Ability to define and execute GTM strategy, with a demonstrable track record of
executing GTM strategies in an enterprise software business.
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience working in a value driven sales environment.
- Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and
competitive opportunities; immersed, customer facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level,
both internally and externally
- Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Willingness to travel some of time, as required, for customer engagements and
team meetings.
- Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuing accurate
forecasting.
