**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
- As the Brand Experience Specialist reporting to the Manager, Brand Experience - EMEA, you will play a crucial role in executing and enhancing guest-facing brand events and experiences for Arc’teryx in the EMEA region. Collaborating closely with the Brand Experience team and other cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the execution and implementation of the brand experience strategy, with a focus on owned and sponsored events, including coordinating the digital ecosystem linked to these events.
**Meet Your Future Team**:
- This role is part of the EMEA Brand Experience team, focused on delivering the most purposeful and accessible brand experiences for Arc’teryx guests, that grow and deepen community relationships. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners in the EMEA Brand Marketing, as well as with global brand and creative stakeholders.
**If you were the Brand Experience Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Supporting the Brand Experience team in building and executing the Arc’teryx Brand Experience strategy for the EMEA region
- Coordinating the digital ecosystem for all events, including the Academy website content management, registration, and transactions
- Contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of Arc’teryx Academies, supporting with partnerships, fundraising, and event content development
- Assisting in managing Arc’teryx sponsored consumer events from grassroots to global stages
- Working closely with external vendors, partners, sponsors, and guide companies to ensure best-in-class guest experience
- Assisting in briefing the Creative Team for assets needed to market events
- Assisting in delivering all marketing plans for events and liaising with cross-functional partners across marketing, digital, and retail
- Collaborating with Global Brand Marketing teams to identify opportunities and synergies across the business
**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:
- Contributing to developing a long-term vision for Brand Experiences in the region, including Academies, global sponsored events, and Olympics
- Assisting in building a futureproof digital and website experience for the expanding Arc’teryx Academy franchise in EMEA
**Are you our next Brand Experience Specialist - EMEA?**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- You have 3+ years of experience in Brand Experience and events management, preferably within the outdoor industry
- You are willing to travel to events, equivalent to 20% of working time
- You demonstrate success in working with Event website ecosystems and in organizing events for large groups
- You are proficient in English both spoken and written, and also proficient in another European language
- You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have experience in working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
- You understand direct-to-consumer marketing knowledge and a deep understanding of the consumer journey
- You are proactive in problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
- You are highly motivated and can effectively balance between autonomy and collaboration
- You are committed to continuous improvement and do what is right
- You are passionate about living the Arc’teryx lifestyle and outdoor activities
€54,000 - €60,000 a year
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is 54 000€ - 60 000€ at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
