**Customer Experience Specialist**

We’re looking for an energetic Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our CX team in their mission to bring world-class service to all Pirate artists, globally. If you’re enticed by the intersection of music and tech, have a solid understanding of what underpins exceptional customer service and you’re a self-starter, this is the one for you.

This role will be our first ever German-based CX role and will be fully remote, meaning you can be based anywhere in Germany, so long as you speak fluent German, helping us provide the best support possible to our German-speaking customers. There is exciting scope for this role to progress into a management role as the German team expands too.

**Working a set schedule of Wednesday - Sunday from 2pm - 10.30pm, you will**:

- Manage customer bookings and account queries, alongside troubleshooting equipment issues and triaging and escalating more complex enquiries to our team of Customer Experience Specialists
- Complete admin tasks and respond to internal requests alongside reporting equipment and estates issues to Ops team

**Who are you?**
- Love talking to customers all day long with experience working within a high-volume call centre
- Solid understand of what underpins exceptional customer service in Germany with a customer first mentality
- You’ve ideally worked with audio equipment
- Speak German with confidence

**What’s in it for you?**

We offer a starting salary of €25,500 which will increase with your competence, as well as an opportunity to grow into a German management position as Pirate continues to grow our studio network globally. You’ll also participate in Pirate’s bonus scheme with the ability to earn up to 19.2% of your base salary. We also offer 25 days holiday + an extra day for each year of service, free studio hours, access to EAP and a generous personal development training budget.
